Return Library Connect Booking Management filter settings to a default state upon account logout.

Currently, filter settings within the booking management feature of Library Connect are retained on a per-browser basis. The result is that on shared stations, when a user logs out of the previous user's account and into their own, prior filter settings remain, which has caused confusion and adds another layer of effort for shared station users already taxed by the demands of a fast and dynamic customer-driven environment.

Restoring filter settings for Booking Management to a default state upon user logout would eliminate this issue and function more like other common user experiences that use filters, such as online retailers and research databases, without the need to add filtration setting storage on a per-user basis. However, that would also solve the issue, so that could be a good change, too.
