Copier Reset from Error Code HN-00

To reset code HN-00 on the copiers:

1. Double-tap the Home button
2. Tap the “ver x.x.x.x” number in the bottom right
3. Enter simulation mode by touching the following keys in sequence:

# * C * [hash – star – C -star]

1. Touch code “14” (it’s an error cancellation code) and then touch “Execute” (at the bottom) and confirm.
2. Reboot the copier by tapping the left-curling “back” arrow (it’s in the upper-right) (you can also just turn it off and on)
