Viewpoint Phone Software Configuration and Login

Viewpoint is available at 3 branches.  Norman Central, Norman East and Norman West/Administration.

Server Information is as follows:  (Remote Working requires Global VPN Client to be running and logged in)

  • Norman Central: WAVENOR  (Remote working 172.16.186.65)
  • Norman East: WAVENOE ( Remote working 172.16.50.65)
  • Norman West: WAVENOW (Remote working 172.16.0.65)

When logging in the first time, you will need to know your username and pin. Typically your user name is your full name including the spaces.  

The password is your 4 digit pin. If you do not know this pin, please contact Janice Bailey at jbailey@pioneerlibrarysystem.org to reset it.

Click Options for the full logon window.



Select Automatically log on as this user to login when you launch the app.

If you are using this software as your phone with a headset select ViewPoint Desktop Softphone.  

Don't forget to fill in the Server: field the list above

NOTE: if you failed logging in 3 times in a row, you must exist the software and restart it in order to attempt more logins.
