Sorter Not Making Click Noise when holding the yellow reset button for 10 seconds.

Step 1:                 Remove the thumb screws in the Master Cover that is located by Library Mate 1 that is on the walk up book return side of the sorter.

Step 2:                 Remove the thumb screws on the bottom of cabinet behind the cover that you removed.  They are on the bottom of the machine.  Be sure to hold the tray when removing the thumb screws.  It is heavy and will swing down so be sure you hold it while letting it swing down.

Step 3:                 Hold the reset button down for 5 seconds on K504 module and you should hear a click. Release and do it again.

Step 4:                 Press the yellow reset button and it should start testing the unit and press green button to start the unit back up.

Step 5:                 If the reset is needed more than a couple of times a year the module can be replaced if needed by the company.
