Forward Voicemail to Email


  1. Open ViewPoint software on your pc and log into your mailbox
  2. Click Tools
  3. Select Voice Messages
  4. Click E-mail Notification
  5. Select the e-mail option you want
  6.  Input one or more e-mail addresses
  7. Select an option regarding attaching voice message to the email
  8. Select OK
