Forward Voicemail to Email
- Open ViewPoint software on your pc and log into your mailbox
- Click Tools
- Select Voice Messages
- Click E-mail Notification
- Select the e-mail option you want
- Input one or more e-mail addresses
- Select an option regarding attaching voice message to the email
- Select OK
