Common Issues: Gaps in prints, filament popping, blobs, clogged nozzle
1. Check Filament Quality
Filament Condition: Ensure you’re using quality filament. To rule out wet or faulty filament, try printing with known-good filament to see if the issue persists.
2. Test with a Known Good Model
If this is your first time printing a specific model, try printing a reliable test model to rule out model-specific or setting issues.
3. Run Self-Tests
Check for any failed self-tests or calibration issues. Address any problems identified in the tests.

You can also use an acupuncture needle (included in the cleaning kit) to clean the inside of the nozzle.
Outside: If the outside of the nozzle has plastic buildup, heat the nozzle for 5 minutes, then turn off the printer. Use a small brass brush to gently remove any residue, being cautious around the heater and thermistor wires.
6. Consider Replacing the Nozzle as a last step
Nozzles can wear over time and lead to print issues. If cleaning doesn’t resolve the problems, consider replacing the nozzle.
