ILS Movie Box Drop Zone Processing and Inventory Consolidation

When items are loaded into the Drop Zone, the top row of the ILS movie boxes, they are not included in the box inventory until staff initiate the "Process Drop Zone" item from the administration menu.  The box is not aware of those items since there is no automated processing of this area as of 1/24/25.  This is similar behavior to the Autoload procedure in the old Mediabank Movie boxes.

Once the Drop Zone has been processed, the items will be included in the consolidation procedure that occurs nightly.  Consolidation attempts to fill empty slots in the box from the rightmost and lowest locations.  Row 1 is the bottom row.

If the top row has items the day after the Drop Zone has been processed, it should be reported via helpdesk.
