In addition to using Wave ViewPoint on your computer, you can check voicemail directly by dialing into the voicemail server from any Wave-connected desktop phone. This method can be helpful if you are away from your computer, though it is less convenient than the visual interface in Wave ViewPoint.
See: Wave Viewpoint: Check Voicemail Messages for the computer-based method.

Dialing In

  1. Pick up any Wave-connected desktop phone.

  2. Dial 9.

  3. Enter the extension you want to check, then press #.

  4. Enter your voicemail PIN, then press #.

    • This is the same PIN you use to log in to Wave ViewPoint.

    • If you don’t know your PIN, contact the Technology team for a reset.

Notes

  • You can check any extension’s voicemail (not just your own) if you know the PIN.

  • This method is fully functional but slower than using Wave ViewPoint. Most staff should use Wave ViewPoint for daily voicemail checking.

dial 9, enter the extension for which you'd like to check then press #, dial your PIN number and press #
