Bernina Account User Limit

Bernina accounts are limited to three active users signed in at the same time. If a fourth user attempts to sign in, an error message will appear prompting them to sign out of another account before continuing.

If you run into this message, check which devices or users are currently signed in and log out of one before trying again.
