Connecting to the unit with its IP is usually for administrative purposes and not for day to day use.

I also configured unique SSIDS that indicate the room number and name/area. I have configured all the date/time settings and ntp settings.  I think the default wifi password is “clickshare”

I tuned all the WIFI to be 50% to minimize interference with our WIFI system. 

To re-pair the usb dongles plug into the base unit usb port on the front of the device.
