Viewpoint Phone Setup Call Forwarding

• Open Wave Viewpoint App on pc
• Login to your mailbox
• Select Tools
• Select Call Forwarding
• Select On: (enter or select a number below)

• Select an extension from the list or to forward to an outside number (like your cell phone), select My Numbers
• Select an option and click the pencil icon
• Input a phone number including area code (it will auto add 1 if needed)

• Click OK

Note: Once set call forwarding will stay active until you open Viewpoint software again, then it turns itself off.
