Print Release Error - The Job Failed to Print When Sent to Printer

A recent update to LPT One (Public Printing) has caused an error to arise when printing certain PDFs with security features from Acrobat Reader: 

While we work on a permanent resolution for the issue, a simple workaround is to have the customer open the PDF file with FoxIt PDF reader and use that program to print. 

The easiest way to do this is to first help the customer save the PDF file to an easy to find location, such as the desktop. Next, right click the file saved file and select "Open With -> Foxit PDF Reader": 

With the file open in Foxit PDF reader, print as you usually would. This print job should now release and print without issue.
